Pros

Good staff benefit such as 18 days AL, 4 days family care leave. A place for retirement or if you decided to settle down and spend more time with your family.

Cons

Top heavy. No clear vision of the company's direction.

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SP Group (Singapore) in Sep 2021

    Interview

    Very traditional company that is more interested in digging into your past than actually asking more relevant questions about your skills, capabilities and how you can contribute to the company.

    Was asked what I was doing in every single job since I graduated, why I left every single job and why there were gaps between my employment.

    Interviewer said that the company has many levels to clear and lots of red tape when I asked about the challenges of the job.

    I did a lot of research about the company and their key projects prior to the interview but there weren't any questions to test my understanding of the company. They were more interested in the past and my impression is they don't like people who keep changing jobs.

    Didn't ask any other questions and didn't say when they will inform me if I'm shortlisted. No follow up.
