    Application

I applied online. The process took 8+ months. I interviewed at SPG Solar, Inc..

    Interview

I supplied my resume via email. It took about two days for the HR Manager to give me a call to set up a pre-screening phone interview. She asked basic questions such as why I wanted to work for their company and what drew me to the position. A few days after that she called back to set up an in-person interview with the hiring manager. I interviewed with him and two other members of the department. After all was said and done, I was told that the company had enforced a hiring freeze so I was not offered the position at that time. However, about 8 months later, I received a call back for the position, once the freeze was lifted.

    Interview Questions

    • The most difficult question related to who my least favorite manager was from previous positions and why. When speaking to a potential new manager, you need to phrase things a bit politically correct.   Answer Question
