I worked at SPR full-time (More than a year)
The management team is incredibly engaging, while allowing employees the autonomy to drive results. They are also very loyal to their staff.
Not much room for growth. They have a pretty good idea of the functions that will make them successful and plug people into those functions.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work.
I applied in-person. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at SPR (Chicago, IL) in November 2016.
I applied for a position as a junior developer at SPR in October 2016 and I received a coding challenge about a week after. After a few days I sent it in and they invited me for an interview in a week. The 2.5 hour interview went well and the very next day I got a phone call and we discussed salary expectations, and whether I had other offers. The recruiter told me that they are ready to make me an offer! I followed up and only a week after they got back to me postponing for another week, when I finally got the result: they chose to go further with someone else. Very bad interview ethics!!! very disappointing! I would not apply to this company ever again.
