For deserving candidates, the compensation should be adjusted in line with the industry.
I applied online. I interviewed at SRISOL (Noida (India)) in February 2016.
General introduction to the group of interviewees/current employees one afternoon, then individual interview with a group of 4/5 interviewers from different areas within the company the following day. I as asked to prepare a 10-15 minute presentation about myself then that was followed by HR type interviews. Hardest for me was making the presentation broad enough to appeal to the general audience but technical enough to demonstrate my educational background.…
