I worked at SRV Group full-time (Less than a year)
SRV is like a family, so many people who work there have worked there for ages, they try to keep their seasonal employees motivated by having the "Cal-ympics" where each department hosts different competitions for the week. There are prizes and its nice to have a 15 minute work break while you get to know your fellow coworkers better.
There are so many seasonal people in their business model, maybe it would be nice if they offered more full time jobs.
