I have been working at STAT Revenue full-time (More than a year)
-The company is small and growing. If you put in hard work you will be able to grow quickly.
-The work is challenging, once you get past the follow-up stage.
-Flexibility makes for a very healthy work life balance.
-The office culture is one of the best pros - the office is small and everyone is fun to be around. The group is close and supportive of each other.
-Being on hold and speaking to undertrained representatives can be frustrating.
-Very detailed time tracking is stressful.
-There is a steep learning curve that can sometimes be overwhelming.
I applied through college or university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at STAT Revenue (Berkeley, CA) in October 2016.
First round interview: interviewed by two associate consultants. All behavioral questions and it lasted for about 30 minutes. One interviewer looked disinterested from the moment I walked in. They asked questions regarding my resume, what my hobbies are, how I would impact Stat Revenue, how I would explain what they do there. However, they took forever to get back to me regarding their decision. I felt it to be super unprofessional.
