    Pros

The environment in the office is electric. We do a good job at picking each other up when one of us needs it which reinforces the team dynamic. Working here also offers a wealth of perks like competitive base salaries, unlimited PTO, contests, happy hours and plenty of room for growth.

    Cons

None really. The hours are sometimes long but other than that everything is great/

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at STONE Resource Group (Alpharetta, GA) in February 2015.

    Interview

The interview process involved a review of my resume and experience. I continued to demonstrated my knowledge and experience through multiple interviews with Stone and their client. I explained my software engineering skills and my systems development lifecycle experience. I was one of the last two candidates but I didn't receive an offer. The interview process was very pleasant and professional. I enjoyed the chance and opportunity.
