    Strada has quite a few pros!
    I am new to the industry and am receiving excellent training from an experienced staff. They provide positive-reinforcement when doing I am doing well, and support for any questions if I need extra help.

    It is a very open and friendly environment with in and out of office perks.

    I would definitely recommend Strada Captial. The company is looking to grow so it is a great time to get your foot in the door.


    No cons as far I'm concerned. It is hard work and you do need to stay focused, but the support behind it and opportunities ahead makes it worth while.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at STRADA Capital in March 2016.


    I showed up for my interview and waited approximately 30 minutes, as the staff was very unprepared. My first interviewer said, "Sorry, I was not prepared for this". This was the first of many red flags.

    Step 1- Paper application (really?), paper personality test, paper IQ test.
    Step 2- Interview with Director of Sales
    Step 3- Interview with the CEO

    The questions were very straight forward. The ideal candidate is someone straight out of college desperate for a job and wiling to sell their sole cold calling all day.
