    Pros

    good company to work for. great employees. fun holiday parties. good benefits.

    Cons

    Lots of confusion and frustration when Strata was acquired by Comcast. Not a lot of room for advancement for employees without a technical background. Most employees are developers or project managers, etc.

    I applied online. I interviewed at STRATA Marketing.

    Basic interview questions.They will ask for your previous experience. Why do you think you are the perfect candidate. They seem like they already know who they will hire, so they are very cold and ignorant because they just want to show that they are interviewing someone, even though they already have someone, or they are just marketing themselves that they are hiring, so that they can show they their company is "growing". Very unprofessional, ignorant HR. After the interview they ignored my calls back. Stay away from this company because they only hire people with connection, or they do it for marketing purposes. It's a waste of time to interview with them if you don't have connection.
