    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SUNY Cortland (Cortland, NY) in April 2009.

    Interview

Initial communications involved a phone call to gauge interest and to set up a time for a face to face interview. The actual interview process was standard, with typical interview questions. I was interviewed by the two staff members whom I would be working under. Low stress, friendly, and overall a pleasant interview process.
