    Free housing, leadership and diversity training, interpersonal leadership skills

    Cons

    This position definitely led to some students working more than others and hours were often tedious, but all in all was a valuable position in my undergraduate studies

    Advice to Management

    Check in regularly with the students to ensure that the work is being distributed evenly amongst staff members
