You should treat adults like adults not like children and your call quality reviews are set up in such a way that your looking for what people do wrong not what they do right. ( way too picky on the script and not nearly enough emphasis on the quality of service to the customer)

I talked to a recruiter on campus at a job fair and they called me a couple of weeks later to ask if I wanted to come in and interview. I was supposed to interview with a panel but it ended up only being one person. I found out about a week later that I had gotten the internship
