I have been working at SYKES full-time (More than a year)
Paid training, multiple shifts to choose from, not too busy, promotions from within the company, easy to switch shifts.
Not allowed to have pen or paper at the desk, lots of downtime between calls, turnover rate makes it hard to keep friends within the company, some managers are much better than others.
Advice to Management
QA scores should always come with explanations and improvement advice. Don't switch shifts around just because you can.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SYKES (Fort Smith, AR) in February 2014.
They took me into a room and sat down with me one on one. Asked me a few questions, then a second interviewer came in and did the same after the first left. Went and took a multiple choice exam dealing with basic math and what not. Followed by an oral drug test later.
