    I worked at SYKES full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Worked from home,no special clothing, no commute, a day off during the week, able to swap or pick up schedules.

    Cons

    Working 9-2 then 4-9, then back at 9 again. Schedules were put out only a week in advance, hard to make other appointments
