Fast Pace, think or sink environment, excellent learning environment. Good upper level management. Solid stable company

14 to 15 hour work days, terrible mid management squabbling which confuses employees. No work life balance. Favoritism, inexperience and immaturity from particular mid level managers and assistant managers

    Advice to Management

A mid shift is needed in order to balance out work load.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SYSCO Food Services of Baltimore (Jessup, MD) in November 2010.

There was a cheesy phone interview done by an intern and then they invite you to Career Night with 25 people. Next you are led away by a manager for a 30 minute interview consisting of a serious of questions. They never really talk to you.

    • Have you ever been in a ethical situation and how did you handle it?   1 Answer
