I have been working at SYSCO Food Services of Baltimore full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You will learn a lot about food, sales Technics, and be organized in your job

    Cons

The click down is a killer, the effort and the growth in sales are not compensated properly. No work / life balance, they are expecting you to work 24/7 and long meetings every week.

    Advice to Management

Listen more your employees and care more about people

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at SYSCO Food Services of Baltimore (Baltimore, MD) in November 2014.

    Interview

Quick process, it took 2 weeks. Phone screen and then when you pass, they will call you for an interview in the facility, you will find 3 interviewers and one of them is the hiring manager,, expect to be there 3 hours, ask your sales any question as regards of how you handle a difficult customer, your greatest success... etc..
