Employer who cares for employees. Good benefits plans for employee and resources for employee on bench to increase their skill sets on various technologies, methodologies which keeps you occupied during bench period. The best part easy to reach Top Management team for any queries and concerns.
Compensation can be more improved as per the market standards.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Saama Technologies.
Worst Interview process had 3 skype interview, people from India schedule your times,
They have Developer job opening , and in the interview, they ask you Architect role question, when I ask at the end of the interview what role are you looking for? They said Lead developer,
