Interview
Interview process was very ad-hoc. the HR person was based in India and the interviewers were based out of West Coast and there was a lot of back and forth, with one interview being cancelled at the last minute. I felt that the company's products are not mature and there are throwing people at a problem without proper structure. Also it looks like a hire and fire company as after the interview I was ghosted for 2 months and they came back with a different offer for a different location without a clear job description. I did some background research and found of that they have picked up some PE money, had a CEO change and are now trying to pump up growth.InterviewQuestions were mainly on experience and situations. They did make an effort to explain their product and the project they are hiring for...but then ghosted me for 2 months without any updates.
