Leadership could be more involved in the day to day, not sure they really have their ear to the ground.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness (New York, NY) in November 2018.
I met with about four people separately. This was the earliest interview I've ever had, starting at 9:00 a.m. Everyone I interviewed with was very nice and fair. The interview started and ended on time. It honestly felt more like a conversation rather than an interview which I really appreciated. It was a very positive experience - no complaints.
