SABIA has great people who work hard and are all very smart. They allow everyone to wear many hats. Transparent upper management provides lots of information.
Everyone is very busy at SABIA. There is no accountability for missed deadlines or improper procedures. Managment provides no employee performance feedback.

Give more critical feedback
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Sabia (Rancho Bernardo, CA) in June 2014.
Interviewed with director of engineering and calibrations engineer manager. Each interview was 1 on 1. After the director and calibrations engineer interviewed me, I was passed on to the CEO for conversation and some basic math questions. Very laid back guy and happy with any answer I gave as long as I had some sort of reasoning behind it.
