Advice to Management
Managements hands are tied due to budget constraints. I always felt supported and understood, however staffing could not improve due to lack of funds.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Saddleback Valley USD - Mission Viejo (Mission Viejo, CA) in August 2014.
I applied online under their ed-join website. I was called around 5 days later for an interview at La Tierra Elementary School. Very nice staff and overall atmosphere. The man who interviewed me was very friendly and asked a few experience and scenario questions. Was asked if I had any school preference and named it. I had a scheduling conflict with what they requested, but they were able to work with my school schedule. Told I would be called by the same evening if I was offered a position. Sure enough, I was called to be told I was to begin the hiring paperwork!
