Great work environment, flexible paid time off, friendly and helpful coworkers all throughout the company, strong team environment for support.
Poor compensation for an overwhelming workload, unattainable performance goals, unstable management, no continuing education, poor training, consistent downsizing of departments.
Advice to Management
Create larger teams or reduce the workload, increase contact time and lower phone stats measurements, introduce continuing education classes, increase transparency in department decisions and directions.

Similar job description for product analyst and market research analyst. Questions they asked were irrelevant and did not know what did they exactly wanted. Quite an experience. No doubt why they get negative reviews by their customers. Take and interview and you will know.
