Stop talking shut about each other... Employees can pick up on that and lose respect for the supervisors. Stop playing favorites this is not Elementary so stop acting like children!

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Safeguard Business Systems (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2013.

After submitting my application, I met with the Distributor's assistant for an interview. She asked a lot of questions about my knowledge of the company, the industry, and business matters in general. Then in the second interview I spoke with the Distributor about my interest in the position. We spoke via phone at first and then in person. Most of the interviews were based on personality questions, although there were some cognitive test questions.
