    Pros

    Safelite truly cares about associates and goes the extra mile for them. The benefits offerings are robust with a lot of options and leadership regularly reviews those offerings to make sure that they're of true value and that associate feedback is being considered. Health and wellness has been a strong focus and I appreciate that Safelite cares about my well-being. They make a lot of resources available and truly invest in the people working here. Safelite is also a company that's focused on philanthropy, both on a national and a local level. There are so many ways to give back and participate!

    Cons

    People who worked for Safelite ten years ago may have a very different view from the view that I, as an associate, have today. The company has made it their mission to focus on their associates and they've come a long way in a very short amount of time. Safelite still strives, every single day, to be the best place you'll ever work, and it makes me proud to spend my hours here every week!

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing! The care and concern that's shown to your reports really shines through and it makes a difference.

    Easy process! Didn't ask for crazy amount of info like 16+ year work history like another position I was applying for. Great benefits after 30 days. HR representative was very nice. I countered for higher wage, than initial offer and salary was increased by 15.5%, more than I was expecting
