I applied through other source. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Safira in May 2009.
Interview
Interviewing process consisted with 3 meetings:
1) Initial talk with an HR manager - very friendly talk about past projects, personal qualities and the company.
2) technical talk about past projects and mini test which consisted on looking at some SQL code - with a senior consultant who was also very friendly.
