good benefits, cheap insurance, small company, so less bureaucracy when it comes to decision making, they do train you a little, just make sure to do not show them that you are smarter than a manager, it won't take you far
family owned company, a lot of nepotism, very sharp line between front office and back office, no communication, a lot of talking and less working and actually doing something.
