    I worked at Sage (More than 3 years)


    Sage has competitive salary for the northeast. The outstanding feature of Sage is the benefits. They have an excellent pension scheme and a generous share scheme.


    Commercial have far too much power preventing developers from doing what is right for the software.

    Advice to Management

    Say no once in a while and let the engineers sort out the problems with an exceptionally old codebase.

    Not much to talk about. Phone interview with a recruiter and after a week or so another phone interview with the hiring manager. They try to low ball you by asking what is your salary expectation and then without going through what the actual job duties.
