Mission: Champion small and medium business, and the business builders that grow them.
Sage's Kriti Sharma, VP AI and Bots, is listed in the 100 Women In Europe To Follow On Twitter And LinkedIn published by Forbes.
Like the business builders we serve, Sage began as a modest British startup with a big ambition.
Our founder David Goldman wanted to automate accounting processes in his own business. Working with a team of Newcastle University students, he developed software to make it happen – and realised other businesses could benefit from this too. In 1981, our founder David Goldman faced a problem. He wanted to create quotes quickly for his print business and keep track of his accounts. So David worked with a team from Newcastle including Dr. Paul Muller, a computer expert who worked with NASA, and student Graham Wylie. Some eight years later, Sage was listed on the London Stock Exchange with a £20m valuation.
By 2015, Sage had 13,000 employees across 23 countries and revenues of £1,436 million, and today we work with millions of business people in all types of industries around the world. Today, Sage has 13,000 employees and serves millions of customers in 23 countries across Europe, Africa, Australia, Asia, Latin America, and North America.

We asked Sage colleagues "Why do you love Sage?" and to new starters, "Why did you join Sage?" We then took all their responses and formed this word cloud. This is what it's like to work here.
Our colleagues feel empowered. They love the fact it's friendly here at Sage and our work has meaning. We are inspired by our colleagues and leaders and we are creative. It's fantastic we feel there's a great work-life balance and career progression is reality.
I worked at Sage full-time (More than 8 years)
Sage is working very hard on making sure that they can provide business solutions for small and medium sized businesses. There are many smart people who work diligently behind the scenes to ensure great products for customer and who provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. It was a joy to work with so many talented people. Sage also had tried very hard to ensure communication across the work so that all 14,000 colleagues are in the know about what is going on in the business.
Sage is making changes at the speed of now. Unfortunately, as these changes have occurred, people with vast historical and important knowledge have left the organization. Also, sometimes the changes are not completely thought through to ensure continuity of the business or processes. When new colleagues come in, they may find it difficult to operate because the institutional knowledge is gone.
Advice to Management
Remember to ask more questions of your direct reports rather than dictating changes for change's sake. Sometimes the processes that have been in place for a while are still best practice and may just need to be tweaked, not completely revamped.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sage (Mumbai (India)) in January 2018.
Sage from Dubai asked me whether I am open for Dubai Jobs, on my confirmation i got call from UAE - Sharja (Sage Partner), they asked me whether i can implement Sage X3 within 20 days and how fast i can come to Sharja.
