Company Updates

  • Our associates recently held a sock drive supporting the pediatric unit's Wet Wrap Therapy at National Jewish Health. Our awesome Sage employees, hotels, and clients were able to donate over 500 pairs of tube socks to support this wonderful unit. The excitement and appreciation of the children and staff for our donations always melts our hearts and leaves us excited for our next visit with them.

  • Hope everyone is having a wonderful Summer !

Sage Hospitality – Why Work For Us?

Sage is looking for independent thinkers with their own entrepreneurial spirit. We're not asking for you to fit the mold, we're hoping that you break it.

Risk takers and creative spirits with a penchant for numbers are welcome. We are a results-driven company creating places people go to, not through. We're looking for more than just a person behind a desk. We're seeking innovative leaders with an eye for disruption. Never looking for somone just in need of a job, we're looking for the power players, the people who want to rise to the top. Sage allows opportunities for growth, task force management and personal fulfillment, paying attention to the parts that keep us human and happy.

Achieving personal and professional growth is one of our Values at Sage Hospitality. We believe it's not just about the work you do, but who you are. We give back to the community and look challenges dead in the eye. We manage and lead and we leave our environments better than we found them. Interested?

Creating places that people go to, and not through. Sage partners with visionaries who see more than heads in beds and more than just a hotel restaurant. We’re looking to create fun and adventure within our four walls and the spaces that surround us. Our guests want to learn, they are switched on and we’re creating something new for them daily.  Sage enriches lives one experience at a time.

At Sage, we live our values day in and day out. A Sage associate does not learn our six values, they already have it in them when they join us our hospitality management company.

What does Sage truly believe in? Values that keep us grounded while we’re flying to our next location. Ideals that keep us inspired and moving, because the hospitality industry never sleeps.

Deliver Extraordinary Guest Experiences

The goal of a Sage hotel is not to be the place in between the experience, we want to BE the experience. We set a stage that is warm, friendly and inviting with a goal that each guest will want to return or look for a Sage hotel on their next adventure.

Engage In Our Communities

We support every community in which we live, work and play in by donating time, skills, knowledge and other resources. We establish and maintain company-wide programs that demonstrate our commitment to giving back to our communities and the planet.

    Advice to Management

As a previous GM - from a property that was sold and no longer managed by Sage, I can't speak highly enough of my experience with the organization. The day after my hotel transferred ownership, the CEO of Sage, Walter Isenberg, left me a voice mail thanking me for my leadership during the sale - and I am sure he did the same for all 14 GM's who's properties transferred that day. From a man with so much on his plate, to take a moment to call a GM from Cleveland, Ohio, was priceless. FYI...I will be saving that message for a long time!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sage Hospitality (Bridgewater, NJ).

    Interview

I came in very nervous, as I am on the young side of the career spectrum, but was greeted in a very friendly way and the interview was pleasant. I was offered an interview within 1 week of applying, met with 2 managers over two weeks, and was offered a position a week after that. I wish my process was a little faster, however it was this was during the winter holiday season so I get it. Every person I interacted with during this process was warm, open, honest and welcoming. I felt very comfortable. I accepted my offer.
