Our associates recently held a sock drive supporting the pediatric unit's Wet Wrap Therapy at National Jewish Health. Our awesome Sage employees, hotels, and clients were able to donate over 500 pairs of tube socks to support this wonderful unit. The excitement and appreciation of the children and staff for our donations always melts our hearts and leaves us excited for our next visit with them.

Advice to Management
As a previous GM - from a property that was sold and no longer managed by Sage, I can't speak highly enough of my experience with the organization. The day after my hotel transferred ownership, the CEO of Sage, Walter Isenberg, left me a voice mail thanking me for my leadership during the sale - and I am sure he did the same for all 14 GM's who's properties transferred that day. From a man with so much on his plate, to take a moment to call a GM from Cleveland, Ohio, was priceless. FYI...I will be saving that message for a long time!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sage Hospitality (Bridgewater, NJ).
I came in very nervous, as I am on the young side of the career spectrum, but was greeted in a very friendly way and the interview was pleasant. I was offered an interview within 1 week of applying, met with 2 managers over two weeks, and was offered a position a week after that. I wish my process was a little faster, however it was this was during the winter holiday season so I get it. Every person I interacted with during this process was warm, open, honest and welcoming. I felt very comfortable. I accepted my offer.
