Sage Hospitality – Why Work With Us?

Founded in 1984, Sage Hospitality set out to be the best hotel owner and operator in the business. Through 35 years of creating valued partnerships with internationally recognized hotel brands, Sage grew a portfolio focusing on running successful select and full-service hotels. Sage became recognized as a preferred management company for industry leaders such as Marriott International, Hilton Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt.  But the growth didn’t stop at hotel brands, Sage owns and operates experiential, independent hotels across the country and has more in development right now.

In 2006, Sage Restaurant Group was created using Sage’s hotels as the original traffic driver and expanding to local exposure, driving new customers and aggressive results on the food and beverage side of the experience. Eleven years later, Sage Restaurant Group owns and operates 11 unique restaurant concepts with more coming nationwide.

Creating places that people go to, and not through. Sage partners with visionaries who see more than heads in beds and more than just a hotel restaurant. We’re looking to create fun and adventure within our four walls and the spaces that surround us. Our guests want to learn, they are switched on and we’re creating something new for them daily.  Sage enriches lives one experience at a time.

See how Sage seeks out and hires the best of the best to help us deliver incredible experiences at places people go to, not through.

At Sage, we live our values day in and day out. A Sage associate does not learn our six values, they already have it in them when they join us our hospitality management company.

What does Sage truly believe in? Values that keep us grounded while we’re flying to our next location. Ideals that keep us inspired and moving, because the hospitality industry never sleeps.

Act with Integrity

We accept personal responsibility for our actions and recognize that honesty and ethics are the foundation of our work performance and daily lives. We keep our commitments and are trustworthy in all of our decisions and dealings.

Drive Performance

We are uncompromising in delivering superior returns on investments for our partner/owners. Sage is a results driven company focusing on operational metrics and is ever-improving our skills to take each property to the next level.

Support Pride and Team Spirit

We love to have fun! We recognize that by working as a team we build trust and foster camaraderie, while achieving our common goals with partners and associates, Sage knows it doesn’t hurt to lighten up and live a little.

Achieve Personal and Professional Growth

We support our associates in their pursuit of a fulfilling life and encourage them to take initiative and responsibility for their own advancement. We look to inspire creativity and risk-taking in each and every Sage employee, because the travel industry is an adventure and we like to live it.

Deliver Extraordinary Guest Experiences

The goal of a Sage hotel is not to be the place in between the experience, we want to BE the experience. We set a stage that is warm, friendly and inviting with a goal that each guest will want to return or look for a Sage hotel on their next adventure.

Engage In Our Communities

We support every community in which we live, work and play in by donating time, skills, knowledge and other resources. We establish and maintain company-wide programs that demonstrate our commitment to giving back to our communities and the planet.

Achieving personal and professional growth is one of our values at Sage Hospitality. We believe it’s not just about the work you do, but it’s about who you are. We know your job isn’t your life. That’s why we support our associates in finding the perfect balance between what they do and who they are. By encouraging associates to take initiative and responsibility for their own advancement, we empower them to own their outcomes—both personally and professionally.

We love the communities where we live, work and play. And we’re committed to leaving our environments better than we found them. By donating our time, skills, knowledge and other resources, we’re able to demonstrate our deep commitment to giving back to our communities—and the world around us.
