I have been working at Sage Intacct full-time (More than a year)
With their experienced leadership team, they really know how to be strategic. Their highest priority has been and continues to be to see and treat their customers and employees as humans with needs, and they are continuously working in service to those needs. I have been especially impressed by their response to the additional challenges presented by COVID and social concerns elevated by the BLM movement. They are adept at striking balance between being ambitious with innovation, and respecting the humans that need to have balance in order to execute with excellence. They have gone above and beyond to demonstrate what strong leadership looks like, and I am grateful to have an opportunity to work in a authentically inclusive corporate culture. Our company strives to engage our users to become "Customers for Life," and our corporate authenticity and integrity makes me want to be an Employee for Life.
Rapid growth and a dispersed workforce creates natural challenges with silos. Efforts are underway to address this natural growing pain.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Sage Intacct.
Recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn, said top earners easily clear $100K. Asked if I was interested. I said 'Yes.' I interviewed with a different recruiter over the phone for 30 minutes. Said recruiter decided whether I was a fit for Inbound (a bit more junior) or Outbound (a bit more badass). A week or two later I had three 30-minute interviews back-to-back-to-back with the Sales Development Managers (I received an email with homework prep the night before those interviews). Then I had a 30-minute interview with the Director of Sales a week or two later. The Sales Director was very specific in asking questions about my resume and gauging how my work experience would fit at this job.
