I have been working at Sage Intacct full-time (More than 3 years)
Everyone is focused, committed and very good at what they do. Cross department employees willing and eager to help. Intacct's culture makes it possible to work together for success. Executives are responsive and open for conversations with me, with my partners, with prospects and with customers. They clearly care about every employee and support our success.
As a remote employee, I miss some of the camaraderie of being in an office. However, Sage Intacct and my department provide multiple opportunities to network with larger groups to create and foster cooperative work.
Advice to Management
Please continue to be as accessible as you are. Your willingness to help and your transparency make a huge difference to employees, partners, customers and prospects.
The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Sage Intacct.
The interview process was standard up until I was somewhat coldly given a "test" on the work I would be doing with limited instruction, from my possible future boss no less. Everyone seemed friendly and genuine enough otherwise.
