listen to those on the front line...they're the ones listening to the customers
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SageQuest (Solon, OH) in July 2012.
I got a call from HR person, asking to set up phone interview. After that was invited in for a on site interview with hiring manager. I provided a copy of my resume, in which he began to write notes on (big no no in HR policies). After that was given a 3rd interview with Regional Manager.
