Good reputation and sales efforts yield interesting projects for teams to work on. There are some real superstars in management that hold the whole thing together, but other leaders are not so strong.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Sagentia (Cambridge, East of England, England (UK)) in June 2015.
First interview with HR, general questions (what do you know about the company, ambitions, etc) and chat about the company structure. Followed by a psychometric multiple choice test and three separate technical interviews. The whole thing lasted around 4/5 hours. The technical interviews were mainly discussions and coming up with ideas of how to solve client problems.
