Pros
Culture was great (new direction will take some getting used to). Benefits is still great People are awesome Company is always trying to build better, tech, process, stability
Cons
This is a medium sized company trying to find it's way to enterprise scale. There are process and technology changes that need to happen to make this a reality. Im not sure if the senior leaders see it and can make it happen. There is a lot fo pushing off responsbility.

Interview process it great and easy also quick. Recruitment team is very supportive and they are quick. It was good to have conversations with their team. They have two technical rounds and 1 HR round.InterviewCore java, spring, hibernate, restful, scenarios based questions. HR round was good, the conversation and the environment they setup, I really liked it.
