I worked at Saint Anthony Hospital (Chicago) full-time (More than 3 years)
They truly serve the community, they give annual raises, benefits are good, leadership is alright. Break is an hour long
Pay is not good, there’s way too much drama between coworkers, the leadership makes the staff feel demeanered. Too many meetings
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Saint Anthony Hospital (Chicago) (Chicago, IL) in January 2015.
It's a pretty basic interview. One with HR, then another with the unit manager. Very common questions I've been asked on every interview for nursing I've been on. Offer was called in the next day and I was only given a few hours to accept, even after requesting a day to think it over. (I think I had three hours)
Not negotiable. I tried.
