Pros
Many companies talk about having a strong culture of trust, empowerment and collaboration but Saint-Gobain actually walks the talk. My experience here has been amazing and I love working with such talented and fully engaged co-workers, not only on my team but across the business that I support. Everyone is welcoming, smart and inclusive.
Cons
Technology could be improved upon, especially in terms of training new team members or rolling out new tech tools. Too quick to rollout without ensuring that systems are fully functional and that everyone is trained. Room for improvement here for sure.
