I have been working at Saint John's School (San Juan) full-time (More than 3 years)
Great team of people, very caring, hard-working, great place to work if you have a family, supportive.
Low salary and really no ability to grow. That's more the type of industry, though, than the fault of the school. Somewhat conservative (a reflection of being in Puerto Rico).
I applied online. I interviewed at Saint John's School (San Juan) (San Juan, PR).
There were several interviews with mostly behavioral type questions. The first interview was with the principal and the second was with the Head of the School. The interviews were comfortable and conversational, not threatening. There were questions about educational philosophy, classroom management, how you feel about children, what your goals are, what qualities you have that make you a good teacher, etc.
