I have been working at Salary.com full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The company was bought back by its founders from IBM in 2015 and over 50 former salary.com people returned to join the new standalone company including most of the product management and technology teams. The product is receiving a ton of resources and lots of new releases. Salary.com is once again the technology leader in its sector! The new offices are great, culture is awesome, people are really happy and feel like they are winning. 401k match is awesome.

    Cons

Under past ownership, it was easy to coast. Things are happening so fast now that people are working.

    Advice to Management

Stay aggressive, its working. Keep winning and keep it fun.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Salary.com (Canton, MA).

    Interview

It's clear there have been many changes at salary.com for the better. New HR, new marketing leaders, and great energy (there were tons of interns when I interviewed). Even though I ultimately didn't get the position I appreciated the process and communication. I noticed below folks weren't getting called back, however I received great feedback. I hope there's a role for me there in the future!
