I have been working at Salem Media Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I can't say enough positive things about Salem Media. The people I work with are intelligent, positive, hard working and care about the success of this company.
Communication from our executive leadership is strong and I genuinely have a voice in shaping the future of our company.
We are empowered at the local market to set the tone and establish our desired outcomes while having the power and support from the corporate team.
On-boarding and training schedules are well structured and continuous and we have dynamic digital and broadcast solutions for our advertising clients.
I am very excited about our potential and look forward to many years working with this company.

    Cons

Covid-19 has impacted our company like it has many others with a drop in operating revenue but we continue to build our way out of it.

    Advice to Management

Keep putting listeners, media clients and our Salem staff first and incredible things will continue to happen.

Met with the General Manager, who was passionate about finding someone with energy and interest for the position and field. I was immediately introduced to other team members and had follow up interviews with others in the office. I felt wanted and excited to join the team.
