    I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SalesRabbit (American Fork, UT)


    Very sloppy, had multiple interviews rescheduled, was brought on site multiple times because they didn’t schedule people the first time.

    One of the positions required knowledge of JavaScript for API integrations, but in the “paired coding” portion the weren’t prepared so they pulled up a page of PHP. How can you expect to measure candidates aptitude when you test them on the wrong coding language (that also isn’t required OR listed in the job posting anywhere).

    The interviewers seemed to be caught off guard and unprepared because they were just roped in and didn’t fully understand the job position so they asked irrelevant questions.

    For both positions nobody gave an answer/response by the deadlines provided.

    The people were nice and friendly, they just need some improvement in professionalism and organization of interviews to be respectful of candidates time.
