About SalesRabbit:

We’re a sales enablement company that specifically helps field and door-to-door sales teams do their jobs quicker and more effectively. The core product we offer is a mobile and web app, supplemented by knowledgeable people who help companies make the changes they need to in order to improve and grow.

About you:

Look, we’ve read everybody else’s job postings, and their approach isn’t working for us. No more “5+ years experience, self-starter, strong work ethic, etc.”

    I have been working at SalesRabbit full-time (More than a year)


    The sales team is a fantastic place to be. We have difficult but reachable goals and some of the best sales people I've ever seen work on the team. It's been really awesome to learn from them. The job is great, lots of flexibility so long as you work hard and are willing to take tons of constructive feedback.


    You will have to work before/after hours when new deals come in if you want to reach your goals. The only spiffs/bonuses outside of the normal pay is a monthly lunch and quarterly activity if we reach a goal set by management. These are difficult to hit, and while the activities are a lot of fun, aren't as good as a bonus or substantial prize.

    I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SalesRabbit (Lehi, UT).


    I had a 1:1 interview with the Engineering VP for about an hour, then I was given a code challenge to do at home. Then I met with a couple members of the department and they went over the challenge as well as a few more of my github repos. A couple days later I met with the CEO and was extended an offer shortly after. It was pretty quick and painless and everyone was kind.
