In 2007, L'Oreal USA purchased several regional professional beauty distributors to begin building a single national distribution company - SalonCentric. This company would not only be the official distributor for the L'Oreal Professional Products Division, it would also allow L'Oreal and a host of other top professional beauty brands to connect directly with the beauty professional in a way that is different from any other partnership in the industry.
Today, SalonCentric is comprised of:
In addition to selling L'Oreal branded products, we also sell a wide array of non-L'Oreal products that complement and diversity of portfolio to better meet our customers' needs.

I have been working at SalonCentric full-time (More than 5 years)
Leadership and training from District Leaders Kristi Murphey and store managers Lauren Wertz only to name a few, but there are several that are very helpful, loyal and dedicated employees. great benefits with the company the Leadership Conferences are amazing and very educational for Managers and Beauty Gurus. Being at the conferences for a few days are rewarding and educational does not seem like work at all I looked forward to them every year. The education from there brands that they carry are extensive and make your job easy with knowledge that they provided for the store Leaders and associates. I loved having the educators come to my store to do demos and provide the knowledge we needed to sell there products. My customers at the Conyers location in Georgia were loyal and made my job more rewarding and personable I truly miss my extended family with SalonCentric!!!
There are really no cons to talk about with SalonCentric except that they do not have them in the state of Texas so I could not transfer to stay with company when I moved back home to be closer to my family.
Advice to Management
Keep doing a great job enjoyed my time with SalonCentric!
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at SalonCentric (Miami, FL) in January 2016.
Manger and district manager interviewed me.
They have a paper full of basic questions.
The manager asked me questions while the other stood there and listened.
Questions have to do with your experience in the past and how you would deal with customers sales and shipments. They ask you about 10+ questions on the paper and explain what you'll need to do
