    Pros

Salted Stone has a healthier and more reasonable professional culture than almost anywhere else I've ever worked that wasn't a coffee shop. There's no working till midnight or on weekend, and definitely no toxic "the client is always right no matter what" attitude. No one is required to drink any kool-aid, which for me is huge. Ambitious people have room to grow and define their career path.

    Cons

Change is a constant at S2, and that can be detrimental sometimes. There are always a million internal projects going at a time and very few of them are brought to completion. Support is always available if you ask for it, but if you're flying under the radar you may not get noticed struggling until it's too late.

I applied online. I interviewed at Salted Stone (United States) in Sep 2021

      Interview

Very short video interview with the usual questions you feel like they’re not really paying attention to your answers. They judge you more by how you look than what you say. Overall unpleasant.
