I worked at Sam's Club full-time (More than 3 years)
Great pay, every club feels like a family, great company.
Lengthy work days and hectic work schedule, potential restructuring. Other than that there was not many cons, really enjoyed my time with the company.
Advice to Management
Listen to your people that work for you., because without them you are/will become nothing. Your associates will produce some of the greatest ideas. Lastly, don’t carry yourself as better than everyone else. You are just as expendable as the previous individual that was in your place, no matter experience or skill.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sam's Club.
The interview process was very laid back, and not as professional as I imagined it to be, which isn't a bad thing! It made for a very friendly atmosphere. It felt more like two new friends just asking eachother questions. The office in which the interview took place was very clean and organized. I was offered a drink and a mint. Very kind and peaceful environment.
