I have been working at Sam's Club full-time
Full time, paid holidays, management at my store really seems to care about employees. everyone is friendly
Management does not seem to care much about my department, we're always short staffed. this angers customers often and creates problems that never should have occurred in the first place
Advice to Management
In some cases, problems can be solved by simply having more coverage for some of your departments. hire more full time employees if possible.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sam's Club.
Applied online with open availability. Called in for interview, mgr reviewed my application. Talked about some of my past jobs. She asked several how would you handle certain situation questions. She told me I was interviewing for a part time position which everyone starts out at. 30 hours usual per week. Offered job that day without 2nd interview. Took drug test same day. Called 5 days later and told me when to report for orientation.
