Unique..'family oriented' type atmosphere. Down to earth people. Good opportunity to meet alot of nice people. Opportunity for growth in furthering your knowledge (Hospice, medicare, etc.)
Choppy...unreliable..and inconsistent hours, training/infomation supplied by administration, and job security.
Advice to Management
Be consistent and united in what is said to staff, across the board. Be accountable in not being so quick to blame or judge staff for not meeting your expectations or being a disappointment to you without first trying to look at their perspective as well. There is always two sides....and typically things run 'down hill' more than they run 'uphill'. There is one administrative member, specifically, who has been seen and heard publically belittling/raising her voice at staff she feels dominant over, she does this as a defense mechanism rather than being accountable or honest when she makes mistakes / errors.
