    I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SambaSafety (Denver, CO) in May 2021

    Interview

    Very poor experience applying for the role. I applied for the job at a time when I was heavily looking for a role. I applied and got an email a few weeks later requesting an interview. I had recently accepted an internship for the summer that did not start for another month, so I was eager to interview and see if Samba was a fit. I sent back my availability which was very open. Then I was ghosted and heard back nothing.

    However, nearly five weeks later the HR person got back to me asking if I was still open to the role and if I had an expected salary. Being only a few weeks into my internship I was open to interviewing at the very least. I again responded with my open interview time and was again ghosted for another month. At that point the HR person responded and apologized for the delay.

    At that point I said I was not interested in working for a company that shows that level of disrespect for fellow humans. I would strongly suggest being weary applying or interviewing with them as they have shown that don't value peoples time worth.

    Weird part is that the role is still open and has been for several months now
