In Fargo, we help the elderly prepare their homes for the winter and participate in the building of an indoor riding arena for physically challenged children. We fill countless sandbags as the Red River floods its banks. In Sioux Falls, we help feed the hungry and volunteer to make Special Olympics a meaningful experience for participants. Hundreds of employees in Des Moines volunteered over 3,000 hours to local organizations like Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Central Iowa, United Way, Special Olympics, March of Dimes and many more, and won SFG a United Way Giving Award.

The list goes on. We are physically involved. We organize volunteer efforts through our businesses, and we volunteer independently. We spend our time and our money supporting the issues that we are passionate about to make our lives and communities better for our families and our neighbors.

    Sammons walks the walk when it comes to culture. It's the people and an amazing culture that make this such an amazing place to work!! Having a casual work environment and Friday afternoons off doesn't hurt either!

    Applied online through SFG Careers. After 1 week got a response email asking me that they would like to schedule an interview with Testing Manager (Hiring Lead)and Automation Quality Analyst who are well experienced in testing (I searched in Linked In , both had 20 to 30 yrs of experience ) with optional Dates and timings in next week. I selected one date and time and they confirmed my Interview. On the date I have attended Interview.
