Get back to your core competencies. Management should lead by example and delegate when appropriate.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sammy's Woodfired Pizza (La Jolla, CA).
I applied at the store and got an interview with the GM right away as it was a slow moment.
I was asked to come back for an interview with the Assistant Manager.
It was a normal interview, same kind of questions as always.
