    Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at San José State University.

    Interview

One of my professors actually asked if I would be willing to grade for his class. I also ended up basically interviewing to grade for another department as well, which was basically showing up to a meeting or two to learn about the position and decide if you were capable. They needed people so it was really up to the students whether or not they wanted the responsibility.
