Advice to Management
Try actually listening to and taking care of you employees. Your turn over rate is disgusting because you don't provide competitive pay scales.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino (Highland, CA) in October 2016.
Recently interviewed here after applying thru another website. Contacted almost immediately, and went thru two phone interviews and 1 in-person interview. After a cordial and seemingly good interview, I was surprised by the lack of follow-up in terms of communication either positive or negative nearly 3 weeks later. I had sent an initial follow-up thank you note, along with my expression of interest in the role following the in-person interview and again to inquire as to the status of the position. They responded 4 weeks later with boiler -plate email stating selection of other candidate. That's fine... but their communication, or lack there of, shows a poor level of professionalism and disregard for the time and efforts of candidates. Can't say I am going to lose any sleep of this one.
