I have been working at San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino full-time (Less than a year)
The company has a great reputation and really cares about their employees. I really like that they have give back to the community as well.
The casino itself is not very well ventilated and the little fans that are suppose to blow cigarette smoke elsewhere don't work all the time like they should.
Advice to Management
I don't think management is a big problem here as it is in most casinos. Turnover is not really an issue and the managers really care about their employees, which is great.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino (Highland, CA) in May 2014.
Treated like a number, that only gets worse. you go into a room and wait to be interviewed...once the interview is finished they either give you a red or green card. Based on the card you are either a yes or no to be hired.if they decide to hire you you proceed to the drug test on the spot
