    Positive Outlook

I worked at San Mateo - Foster City School District full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent place to work. Great principal and assistant principal. Excellent District Office personnel. All very easy to talk to and get questions answered.

    Cons

The school calendar changes from year-to-year. It's a hybrid of year-long and traditional. The teachers vote on the calendar every year.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at San Mateo - Foster City School District (San Mateo, CA) in January 2016.

    Interview

I sent my application through EdJoin and received an email from HR a week or two later. I went in for my interview and interviewed with the director of the department. We spoke about my experience and asked how I would resolve certain issues. I thought I would wait forever for a response but they move fast. If they think you're a fit, you'll get contacted shortly after.

You will have to fit fill out insane out of paperwork and go through DOJ and a health screen.

    Interview Questions
