Good salary, excellent equipment. Per diem pay was above average.
Management did not share very much information with the crews. Decisions were made that could have been improved greatly with crew input.
Advice to Management
In the future it may improve your operation to consider people's strengths and weaknesses when hiring.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at San Miguel (Manila, AR) in February 2012.
exam, HR then department head. exam is just logic and a little bit of psych and math. technical is situational based and a little bit on theory. HR is just confirmation of your interest.
