I worked at San Ramon Regional Medical Center (More than 5 years)
Good pay, great people. I was per diem and the hours were very flexible.
The only con is that there was not enough work for me to stay.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at San Ramon Regional Medical Center.
Started off with a phone interview very easy. Mostly just the manager getting to know me. Following the phone interview I was invited for an in person interview. The Interview was a panel type interview with four people. The interview was a scripted one which asked mostly about interpersonal skills and the ability to work with the team.
Following the interview I received an offer about a week latter. I ultimately declined the position because it paid between 20 and 35% bellow the market average
Reasons for Declining
The salary was very low 20 to 35% below the industry standard for the position. I attempted to negotiate however the offer was non negotiable
