Sanofi North America Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) aligns with our global CSR strategy focusing on four key areas, which have the greatest significance to our activities and our stakeholders: Ethics and Transparency; Access to Healthcare for the underserved; Community Engagement; and Healthy Planet. These pillars are the foundation on which we build our day-to-day business practices. Not only is it our mission, but it's our passion to integrate these pillars into the dynamic culture that is Sanofi.
At Sanofi US, we are proud to provide employees at every level with many exciting avenues for professional growth and career development.
Our People & Organizational Development (POD) department engages employees and teams by providing a broad range of classroom trainings; seminars; and virtual trainings aligned with our core competencies. In alignment with the Sanofi company business strategy and competencies, it is our goal to empower all employees to take full advantage of their professional growth opportunities, to lead them to long-term job satisfaction and organizational success. Through professional development, employees are able to broaden their skills in their current role, while preparing themselves to pursue other career opportunities within our company.
In support of career growth, POD offers foundational programs, as well as emerging leader, first-level manager and second-line leader programs. All of our programs reflect leading-edge management and state-of-the-art development practices. Our programs are designed to maximize skills and increase effectiveness in meeting current and future business needs. Our approach is to create highly interactive learning experiences aligned with the work we do and with the Sanofi US values.
At Sanofi, our rewards are strongly connected to business achievement, team success and individual performance.
Every employee has the opportunity to exchange with their manager, agree to annual performance and development goals, and determine how they can be accomplished. These are typically reviewed at mid-year and at the year-end, when each employee has an assessment discussion to evaluate their performance and development progress. This review takes into account not only their short-term performance, but also their skills and competencies, potential, and commitment in a longer term.
Total compensation encompasses the financial rewards, services and benefits an employee may receive. It recognizes individual performance and internal equity, while taking into account local market positioning. We also ensure equal compensation between women and men in similar roles. Our benefit plans aspire to fairness, solidarity, respect for others and compliance with local regulations and cultures, as well as encouraging social and individual accountability.
At Sanofi, we strive to provide a professional environment that challenges, develops, and fosters new learning and ideas, while encouraging all employees to develop their skills and pursue their career ambitions.
Cross-functional mobility is strongly encouraged across a broad spectrum of different business activities and functions. International mobility opportunities arise when there is a need to transfer skills or knowledge, or as part of a defined talent development plan. Each employee plays a critical role in exploring new opportunities and roles within the company with the support and guidance of their manager.
Supporting career development and mobility across the Group, our global Talent Management process helps us to identify, develop and manage our talents throughout the organization, ensuring that the right people are in the right positions to enable the Group to achieve our business goals.
Through a robust and continuous talent review process, we:
Sanofi is honored to be named in DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity® which recognizes the nation’s top companies for diversity and inclusion management!
AN OPEN AND INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT WHERE YOU CAN BE YOURSELF

I have been working at Sanofi full-time
Doing HR globally for Regulatory Affairs gives a unique perspective on the diversity of our talented teams present across 90 countries… but culture is not the only differentiating factor. Educational/Professional background, hunger for experimentation, risk appetite, collaborative dynamics, influence abilities… and all what the people as human being bring, is just inspiring.
The digital era is changing tremendously the business (moving from document to data) and the workplace. There’s so much opportunities in building the future of the regulated environment.
Clock is ticking, there’s a sense of urgency in moving this function forward
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sanofi (Bridgewater, NJ) in June 2015.
Had a face to face interview. Used a recruiter and immediately interviewed with hiring manager on site. Very friendly interviewer. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Awesome property. Look forward to working there.
