I worked at Sansum Clinic full-time
The department I worked in was like my second Family. The people I worked with were the best! It was a pretty casual environment and they were flexible with my schedule.
Benefits weren't that great. There was little or no retirement matching. HR didn't really seem very on top of things when I was there.
Advice to Management
It seemed like management did a pretty good job. I can't think of much advice other than to keep listening to your employees and try to provide better benefits.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sansum Clinic (Santa Barbara, CA) in October 2011.
Board type with HR prepared questions. They tried to be personable and relaxed. They were very nice.I think there was 5 people on the board. Each took turns asking questions. Very willing to answer questions also. If I gave advice it would be to have a few questions ready.
