Good work Culture, A lot of learning and growth opportunities
Work life balance could be a problem in some projects, not many good projects to work on
Advice to Management
Try to get good projects, Don't do everything client says even though its wrong
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at SapientNitro (Boston, MA) in October 2015.
I was recruited and arranged a call with the recruiter. He told me about the position and agency as it has evolved. He reviewed my Linked In resume and I fleshed out certain details, in particular my experience in medical marketing. He concluded that he had assumed from my resume that I had experience in Pharmaceutical Copywriting, which was not one of my areas of expertise.
