    Pros

Start out pay and benefits are good now.

    Cons

If you have worked there before they raised the start out pay then new employees are walking in the door making what it took you years to make.

    Advice to Management

Be fair to the employees that's been working for you for years.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sauder Woodworking (Archbold, OH) in September 2016.

    Interview

The interview process is intense. First, there is a phone interview with the department director. Second, if you pass the initial first impression portion, you come in for a computer assessment. Takes about an hour and is a mix of times input, math questions, personality profile questions. Next, a face to face interview with the department director and the human resources director. The final interview is a round table interview with the department director, the operations analyst, two representative coaches, and the CS Product/Software Trainer. They bring you in to shadow an agent on the phone for 20 -30 minutes then, take you into the conference room and ask you interview questions one at a time. All in all the process took over a month. The time from when I was offered the job til I started was nearly 6 weeks. Luckily I was able to stay at my place of employment until I could start at Sauder.
